How Quickly Do We Ship? Our orders typically ship within 2 to 4 business days. While we strive for fast shipping and are often able to process orders more quickly, various changes in family dynamics mean that we can no longer set expectations for shipping within 24 hours. Confirmation of orders receipt via e-mail should be sent directly to the e-mail provided by our customers within 24 to 48 hours of order receipt. Additionally, confirmation of shipping should be sent to the same e-mail address once shipped and should include a tracking number such that you can directly track your package if you choose. If you do not receive these e-mails please check your junk e-mail folder to see if our e-mails are being routed there. If you cannot find our e-mail confirmations in either your inbox or junk mail please contact us directly to confirm receipt of your order.

Method of Shipping We typically ship via the US Postal Service (USPS) as this allows for both fast shipping and reduced shipping costs both within and outside of the US. As such, if your physical street address is undeliverable via the post office, please provide us with your PO Box. We also ship to APO/FPO addresses and to international addresses. For those selecting regular shipping orders should be received within 3 to 8 business days depending on your location. If you prefer faster shipping please use our expedited / overnight shipping service offered on most of our products. International orders have a longer delivery timeline. For more information about international shipping please click here. Damaged Product If your product is damaged in shipping we will gladly replace it for you. Please return the damaged product to us and upon receipt we will send you a replacement. You may choose to return the product in the box in which it was sent marking the outside "Damaged - Return to Sender" or by mailing it back to us in a new box. If you incur any cost to return it please include a receipt and we will also reimburse the cost to return the product to us.
