Shipping Policy ~ Natural Healthcare Store

Most international orders are shipped via the US Post Service (USPS) Express International shipping and are insured for the value of the package. Occasionally it is necessary for us to ship an order via US Post Service Priority International shipping which is also insured for the value of the order.

Customs Fees and Destination Country Taxes

Our shipping and handling costs do not include customs fees and/or taxes applied by the destination country. Any and all customs fees and taxes must be paid by the customer directly to their local customs office or government organization responsible for the process.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Because international orders go through the destination country's customs process we are unable to promise a date of delivery; however, historically our customers have received their orders within 7-9 business days.

What if I want FedEx to deliver my order?

If you would like your international order shipped via FedEx, then please email us at info@naturalhealthcarestore.com with the following information:

Your full name and complete address
A summary of your complete order

We will email you back an invoice for the order with a shipping amount. The invoice will contain a link that will allow you to pay for your order online.
