How Quickly Do We Ship?

Our orders typically ship within 24 hours of the order being processed.  We strive for fast shipping and are often able to process orders on the same day placed. Confirmation of orders via e-mail communication directly to you our customer is processed with 24 to 48 hours of order receipt.  Within this communication we will provide you with a tracking number such that you can directly track your package if you choose.

Method of Shipping

We typically ship via the US Postal Service (USPS) as this allows for both fast shipping and reduced shipping costs both within and outside of the US.  As such, if your physical street address is undeliverable via the post office, please provide us with your PO Box.  We also ship to APO/FPO addresses and to international addresses.  On occasion, when more cost effective, we ship via UPS ground.

How quickly will I receive my order?

For those selecting regular shipping orders should be received within 3 to 8 business days depending on your location.  If you prefer faster shipping please use our expedited / overnight shipping service offered on most of our products.  International orders have a longer delivery timeline.

Damaged Product

If your product is damaged in shipping we will gladly replace it for you.  Please return the damaged product to us and upon receipt we will send you a replacement.  You may choose to return the product in the box in which it was sent marking the outside "Damaged - Return to Sender" or by mailing it back to us in a new box.  If you incur any cost to return it please include a receipt and we will also reimburse the cost to return the product to us.
