Absolutely divine Ice Cream, in what ever flavor you desire, SRV favorite is to mix frozen bananas with 1/2 cup of frozen mango and then stir in chopped medjool dates, taste like COOKIE DOUGH ICE CREAM BABY! add a little almond butter.....or some pineapple chunks......frozen cherries...experiment make sauces in your blenders....skip the pus and inflammation bloating causing dairy ice cream and HIGH fat coconut ice cream, make your own sexy padawans ♥ Check out these other ways to Jump for Joy over truly scrumptious conscientious dessert!

Vanilla Ice Cream

4 frozen bananas, sliced into 1-2” chunks 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla bean powder (use a coffee grinder) Turn the food processor and on “high”. Drop the banana chunks in chute a few at a time. Add the vanilla. When the chunks have been decimated into an ice cream looking smoothness it’s time to shut off the processor. Check for chunks and if the niceNsmooth, scoop it into a seal-able container (or bowl with cling wrap) and pop in the freezer.

Strawberry Ice Cream

1 cup of frozen strawberries 3 frozen bananas, sliced into 1-2” sections Pulse the strawberries in the processor until thoroughly broken up and then set the machine to run on high. Plop in your banana chunks as in the vanilla recipe and stop blending when you achieve that creamy smoothness. Set in the freezer. Fab Strawberry sauce ~ blending 1 cup of dehydrated strawberries. 1 cup of fresh strawberries ( or frozen) 3-4 soaked dates and their water, add 2 Tbs HOT water as needed while blending

Chocolate Ice Cream

4 frozen bananas sliced into 1-2” sections 1-2 tablespoons of your favorite cacao powder or carob powder Food processor, on “high”, add banana chunks slowly. Add in carob powder, blend until smooth. Freeze.

Chocolate Sundae Sauce

3/4 cup of date water 2 tablespoons of carob powder 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla bean powder (or 1/2 teaspoon extract) 1/4 cup of dates(pitted and soaked for an hour) Blend the dates and water together until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until thoroughly mixed. Can store for three days but I dare you schmexies not to gobble it up!
